Sweeping mental health proposal pulled from Nov ballot, after pushback from mayor

A proposal to offer free mental health care to any San Francisco resident with or without insurance, has been pulled from the November ballot after pushback from the mayor and the Department of Public Health. Supervisors Hillary Ronen and Matt Haney have agreed to hold off until the March ballot.
