Housing Bubble Watch – California Real Estate Report Los Angeles, San Francisco, San Diego – San Francisco Video

California Home Sales Hit 10-Year Low in Early 2019. The statewide median home price in California declined to $538,690 in January. The January statewide median price was down 3.4 percent from $557,600 in December, which is nearly a $19,000 decline in price month-to-month. Home prices in California however ate still up 2.1 percent from a revised $527,780 back in January 2018. Home-ownership in California is starting to tick back higher as investors now make up a smaller percentage of the pool of buyers. China is seeing a big economic slowdown causing the countries investors to begin to back-off of California home purchases. We also look at some insanely expensive property in San Francisco.

  8. It's people like you who brought prices way up. Buying cheap flipping and either sell at way higher prices or rent and raising the rent unrealisticly.

  16. Help yourself buyers by making $70k below asking price and request closing costs. Remember you can make the market change much faster instead of waiting for some major event to happen. Most current home owners shouldn't even be home owners as some have done multiple loan modifications, haven't paid their mortgage for up to 5 or 6 years now, and or purchased a home without a valid ss#. Just to name a few. Don't just buy but take advantage of this market and create a future for you and your family don't miss out. Remember to submit an offer $70k or more BELOW list price and ask for closing costs. stop waiting and start saving. Also note prices started falling as of June 2018 until Jan 2019, with a minor spike of increase in Feb. It's time for a buyers market!
