  2. Bryce Harper is going to go from hitting .220 to .190 and 30 home runs to 20 home runs in that unfriendly hitter's park. As a Giants Fan, I don't want any part of that.

  4. Glad to hear Harold Reynolds talk up the Giants fan base. It is really a special one. The Giants will get 30,000 + in attendance on a weekday game while they are 3rd in the division. Harper's numbers are inconsistent, and as a Giants fan. I want us to know we can get production from someone when they are getting paid as much as he is.

  5. I heard Harper shaved his beard and the Yankees have a no beard policy. Is this true?

  6. The Giants are the 4th most valuable team in the game, owned by the 2nd richest owners (maybe 1st after the Tigers owner passed away). They have recently paid off their stadium and have a new billion dollar real-estate deal that will be a cash generator for them. The truth is teams like, NY, Boston, Cubs, Dodgers, and the Giants, aren't ever "hamstrung" with their payroll. They all make dump trucks full of money for their ownership. Each of those top 5 money teams could easily have a payroll eclipsing 300 million dollars a year and still have a mountain of money left over to give their owners.

  9. All you have to do is look at the Golden State fan base & you'll see that the fan base of the Giants are the same. That area loves their hometown teams !

  10. Go to the west coast and die like a dog… Just like Trout, nobody will ever see him there- what? watch games at midnight? Big park and a crappy team for years to come.. Career diminishing move for sure

  11. NO NO NO !!! AL AL AL – He needs to be on an AL team cause he consistently can't field worth shit ! He's a liability in the field. Obviously not looking at the big picture. I have watched just about every Nat's game Bryce has played. He does have a strong arm, unfortunately the bad plays and very poor throws I've seen him make in the field on a day to day basis don't make the highlight clips after the game. You can't be a great defensive outfielder in a whey protein police officer's body ! Any MLB team can market this guy's bat !
